Unfortunately, the Crossing-exhibition was on show only for 12 days (May 12 to 24, 2009). See NAMOC's info on this exhibition: http://www.namoc.org/en/Exhibitions/200905/t20090507_95210.html

Nevertheless, the CrossingNow-website states that the exhibition is scheduled to travel in China and abroad: http://crossingnow.org/category3.htm

Check their contact page to know more about it and/or if they still can provide you with an exhibition catalogue.
Hope all is going well with the preparation for your China-trip, MovingCities should be in Beijing around that time as well.

I am an architecture student from the American University of Sharjah, U.A.E.
I was wondering if this exhibition will be there till the 20th of july, as we are organizing a trip to Beijing, and I am responsible for the activities and architectural trips that are going to happen there.

Nice photos. Too bad you missed checking out all the line 5 subway station areas north of Lishuiqiao. More important than anything on Line 13 north. Every place on Line 13 is a "bedroom" suburb of Beijing proper, but the Lishuiqiao (and north) area is different.

Seems a great experience to think about: Interchange, Workshop, Ice, desert, resources, climate change, population "growth", migration, city, village, town, community, globalization, interdependence, evolution, recycling; words that lead to ideas that may bring a different understanding of the challenges of Architecture in the present. Would be great to see the documents of the workshop.

That is incredible. I read that construction began on the French Pavilion in November of 2008, did you see construction of any other pavilions?

Amazing what they will accomplish in 365 days.
