Stockholm | April 5, 2009
On Saturday April 4 MovingCities arrived back in Stockholm after participating in the City Move InterDesign Workshop. Following up on the first and the second series of Stockholm snapshots, we kept exploring the city center in a random fashion.
On Sunday April 5 we headed to Stockholm’s Moderna Museet, designed by the Spanish architect Rafael Moneo and inaugurated in 1998. We visited the building and saw Andreas Gursky‘s “Works 80-08″-exhibition. The museum is also home to the Arkitektur Museet, where an exhibition on the work of the Norwegian architect and 1997 Pritzker Architecture Prize winner Sverre Fehn was at display. After this we kept on strolling Stockholm. A couple of snapshots.
